CATHEDRAL EARLY LEARNING CENTER PHILOSOPHY

| We hope to provide for each child a loving, caring place where he or she may grow and become more aware of his or her world. We hope to stimulate each child to develop a positive self-image, to expand his or her horizons, and to develop his or her physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills. To this end, we offer a developmentally appropriate play-oriented curriculum which is primarily child-centered and child-directed in a loosely structured classroom setting. Each child is given an opportunity to develop greater creativity and self expression by choosing activities which are both age and stage appropriate. We will strive to always maintain a safe environment in which your child may prepare for his or her future. It is our goal that each child will leave our Early Learning Center well prepared for kindergarten and beyond. |
